EZ-AD TV · Triage
Triage is internal software operated by EZ-AD TV for its own staff. These terms cover that use.
Triage is private. Access is limited to authorised EZ-AD TV personnel holding credentials issued by EZ-AD TV. It is not offered to the public, there is no registration, and no fee is charged to anyone.
It gathers work messages from connected platforms into one list, and sends replies on behalf of the authorised user. Messages sent through Triage are that user's own messages and are subject to the terms of the platform they are sent on, including WhatsApp's Business Terms and Slack's terms.
Triage is provided as-is for internal use, with no uptime guarantee. It depends on third-party platforms, and when they are unavailable so is it.
To the extent permitted by law, EZ-AD TV accepts no liability for loss arising from the use of this internal tool.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
