EZ-AD TV · Triage
This policy explains what Triage handles, why, and for how long. Triage is an internal tool used by one employee of EZ-AD TV; it has no public users and no customer accounts.
Triage collects the work messages sent to the operator — on Slack and, where connected, on WhatsApp — into one list so they can be read and answered in one place. Replies sent from Triage are delivered as the operator's own messages.
We do not collect anything else. There is no advertising identifier, no tracking pixel, no analytics on visitors, and no profile is built about anyone.
A single purpose: so the operator can read and answer messages addressed to him. Message content is not used to train models, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone for marketing.
Where a WhatsApp Business number is connected, messages reach Triage through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's own handling of those messages is governed by WhatsApp's business terms and Meta's privacy policy. Group chats are not accessible to Triage and are never received or stored.
Some messages are passed to AI providers to produce a short summary of a long conversation, to transcribe a voice note the operator records, or to identify tasks the operator has promised. These providers process the text to return a result and are contractually bound not to use it to train their models. This happens only for conversations the operator opens or writes.
Data is stored on a private server controlled by EZ-AD TV, on an encrypted volume, reachable only over an authenticated connection. Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days by default. Attachments are deleted on the same schedule.
Nobody. It is not sold, rented or disclosed, except where we are legally required to do so. Our service providers — the messaging platforms themselves, and the AI providers described above — handle data only on our instructions.
If you have messaged the operator and want to know what is held about you, or want it deleted, see User Data Deletion or write to the address above. We respond within 30 days.
Triage is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.
